Christine's main comic, or 'graphic arts,' endeavor is a series of feminist, fairytale-themed pieces called "Forget Fairytales." Currently, she has created over 70 of the comics, several of which on view here. She received her first "Forget Fairytales" commission in November 2009 to be used in an academic conference and is now using the series to teach students at the Anna Julia Cooper Episcopal School in Richmond, VA.
