Christine has been writing poetry since kindergarden, when her elementary school literary journal published her short piece on spring. She continues writing poems today--to stand alone, to include in her collages, to insert into her fiction and scripts, etc. Christine regularly helps to lead poetry workshops for children with emotional problems at the Virginia Treatment Center for Children in Richmond.
