M.F.A. Thesis Show

My M.F.A. thesis show took place at The City College of New York Cohen Library Archives Gallery from April-June 2019. During this period, I served as the artist-in-residence at the gallery and installed my evolving exhibition in a fashion open to the public. The exhibition was titled "Poemario: Tierra Madre, El Salvador," and involved sculptural installation, video, photography, performance, and text in various forms. The show was made possible thanks to support from the Connor Art Award and the Blanche Mason Starkweather Award, as well as artist residencies at Laberinto Projects in El Salvador and Lenox Hill Neighborhood House in New York City. Special thanks to Professors Sylvia Netzer, Tyler Coburn, Elvia Wilk, and Sydney Van Nort.
