Water for the Cactus Woman

Water for the Cactus Woman (SpuytenDuyvil, 2018) is a collection of bilingual English-Spanish poetry and photography about five women confronting their family trauma. The book won the Nyman Prize from The City College of New York-CUNY during my time as an MFA student in the DIAP program. I held a solo art show by the same title in honor of the book at Valet Gallery in Richmond, VA.
