Installation
My most notable installation to date was created for the Queens Botanical Garden under a 2020 fellowship from the AnkhLave Artists Alliance. Before the pandemic, most of my installations are created during artist residencies and fellowships or for special events due to space and material requirements. One notable example is the Chashama Gala at One World Trade Center (2018) and the Condé Nast Building (2016). In 2019, I built installations while in residence at VCUarts Anderson Gallery, shortly after finishing graduate school.
My most recent installation was created for Art Club in NYC for an August 2022 group show; it's called "Not Alone (An Altar to My Decline)":
